3. Products & Services
Syntex Industries offers both standard and custom-manufactured products. Due to the
custom nature of many products, slight variations in dimensions, color, stitching, material
appearance, and fit may occur.
We reserve the right to:
• Modify or discontinue products without notice
• Update pricing at any time
• Refuse service or cancel orders when necessary
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Correct errors related to pricing, product descriptions, or website content
4. Custom Orders
Many Syntex Industries products are custom fabricated to customer specifications.
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate measurements and specifications
• Reviewing all order details prior to approval
• Confirming material selections and color choices
Syntex Industries is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate customer-
provided measurements, specifications, or installation errors.
Custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once
production has started.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be required in full or partially in advance before production or shipment
begins. Syntex Industries reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud,
pricing inaccuracies, or payment issues.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, or installation charges may be added at
checkout or invoicing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Syntex Industries is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Supply chain interruptions
• Manufacturing delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
unless otherwise required by law.
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and report any visible
shipping damage promptly.
7. Warranty Information
Syntex Industries states that many of its products are backed by a 2-year warranty against
manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation
• Improper use or misuse
• Weather damage beyond normal conditions
• Accidents or abuse
• Alterations or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by improper maintenance
Warranty claims may require photographs, proof of purchase, product inspection, or
return of the product.Syntex Industries reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue partial credit at its sole
discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, product images, graphics, text, product descriptions,
and branding are the property of Syntex Industries and may not be copied, reproduced,
distributed, or used without written permission.

REFUND POLICY
At Syntex Industries, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our
products are custom-manufactured to order, refund eligibility may vary depending on the
type of product purchased.
Standard Product Refunds
Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for a refund if:
• The item is returned within the approved return period
• The product is unused and in original condition
• The item includes original packaging when applicable
• Proof of purchase is provided
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Custom Product Refunds
Custom-manufactured products, made-to-order items, customized tarps, covers,
canopies, awnings, or specially fabricated products are generally non-refundable once
production has started.
If a custom order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, Syntex Industries may
choose to:
• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Offer partial store credit
• Issue a refund when appropriate
All defect claims are subject to review and inspection.

RETURN POLICY
